Brilliant. Prompt response from customer services and prompt delivery

Absolutely amazing! I had forgotten to add a couple of items to an order - I emailed customer service and they were able to hold my order, add the required items and then ship together. Nothing was too much trouble, they posted quickly well packed and great communication via email. Thank you!!

I must add that I have used newitts before and haven’t been dissatisfied with any area - quality and price of goods is excellent along with the updates, customer service and delivery!

Customer service team were tremendous after we received a faulty piece of equipment. A quick replacement has been organised and the quality of the product is great….the fault was not Newitts fault ??

Very good at notifying us of a replacement for items we have ordered that are out of stock.

We have recently experienced some quality issues with Nike products and the customer service we have received from Newitts to resolve the issue has been first class.

I emailed on a Sunday afternoon and had a quick, efficient and polite response (I hadn't expected them to pick up the email till Monday morning!) The item hasn't arrived yet but I have every confidence it will following the service I received.

Online it says S/M/L for kids. I didn’t know what age these were for and there was no size guide to click on. I emailed support and they got back to me very quickly with the answer . Probably info they should put on their website anyway - but the answer was very swift and I continued to purchase from them.

From my first email to Newitts regarding a faulty zip on my grandsons coat, their response was prompt and helpful.
I was asked to send photos of the problem, which I did I was expecting the usual response you get from companies say it’s wear and tear and end of conversation.
Again a very quick response asking if I would like a refund or replacement.
As my grandson liked the coat I asked for a replacement, which was sent to me straight away.
I give Newitts a five star rating as they deserve it, if only other Companies could give this experience when dealing with their customers. .

I had to return a faulty bag and order a different one. The customer service was excellent, it was an easy process and the person I dealt with was very efficient and a nice person to deal with.

I made a mistake with my order, these guys were so helpful and prompt to help me out, will definitely use again!
